1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pks1 platform, operated under the domain pks1.cam ("the Platform", "pks1", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using pks1 in any capacity, you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must cease using pks1 immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the pks1 website accessible at pks1.cam and all sub-pages, guides, articles and content published thereon.
• "User" — any individual who accesses or uses the Platform in any manner.
• "Third-Party Operator" — any independent online gambling, betting or casino platform to which pks1 may provide informational references, and which operates independently of pks1.
• "Content" — all text, images, graphics, logos, guides, articles, data, code and other materials published on the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" — all copyright, trademarks, database rights, design rights and any other proprietary rights subsisting in the Platform and its Content.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, used throughout the Platform for illustrative financial references only.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — features offered by third-party operators including, but not limited to, deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion programmes.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by operators and applicable regulations before processing withdrawals or verifying accounts.

3.Nature of the Platform

pks1 is an English-language online betting and casino information and entertainment platform targeted at users in Pakistan. It provides educational guides, explanatory articles, game information, payment method overviews and responsible gambling resources.

pks1 does not:

• operate a casino, sportsbook, lottery or any other form of gambling service;
• accept deposits, process withdrawals or hold user funds;
• offer real-money gambling directly through the Platform;
• hold a gambling operator licence issued by any jurisdiction.

All actual gambling activity occurs on independent third-party operator platforms that are not owned, operated or controlled by pks1. Any informational content describing such platforms is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any kind.

4.Account Eligibility

Access to and use of pks1 is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to any gambling platform you may access via informational references on pks1. Being 18 years of age does not, of itself, render gambling activity lawful in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must satisfy yourself that accessing gambling-related information and, separately, any gambling platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

5.Acceptable Use

By using pks1, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree that your use of the Platform will at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use includes:

• reading educational guides about sports betting, live casino and responsible gambling;
• reviewing illustrative information about payment methods and bonus terms;
• accessing the FAQ, About Us and policy pages for informational purposes;
• using the Platform's navigation and content for personal, non-commercial reference.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with pks1:

• accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age;
• using automated tools, bots, scrapers or crawlers to extract Platform content in bulk without written authorisation;
• attempting to interfere with, disrupt or damage the Platform's servers, networks or security systems;
• impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• uploading, transmitting or otherwise distributing malicious code, viruses or any content that is harmful, unlawful, defamatory or infringing;
• reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting any Platform Content without prior written consent from pks1;
• using the Platform in any manner that could damage the reputation or goodwill of pks1 or any third party;
• circumventing any technical measures implemented to protect the Platform or its Content.

pks1 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, without prior notice.

7.Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights subsisting in and to the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to text, layout, design, graphics, logos, trademarks and source code — are owned by pks1 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pks1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

8.Third-Party Operators

The Platform may contain informational references to, or contextual descriptions of, third-party gambling operators, game providers, payment processors and other service providers. Such references are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

pks1 expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for:

• the availability, accuracy or reliability of any third-party platform or service;
• the terms, conditions, bonus structures, payout rates or payment processes of any third-party operator;
• any financial loss, dispute, account restriction or other outcome arising from your use of any third-party platform;
• the security, privacy practices or data handling of any third-party operator.

Mentions of payment method names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar contextual references for Pakistani users only. Such mentions do not imply that these providers endorse gambling or that they support or facilitate gambling transactions.

9.Payments & Currency

pks1 does not process, accept or handle any financial transactions. All payment information published on pks1 is provided for educational reference only. Actual deposit and withdrawal transactions are conducted exclusively between the User and the relevant third-party operator.

All PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures referenced on the Platform — including illustrative deposit minimums, bonus amounts, withdrawal thresholds and wagering requirements — are purely illustrative examples and do not constitute live, current or guaranteed figures. Users must verify all financial details directly with the relevant third-party operator prior to depositing funds.

10.Bonuses & Promotions

Any bonus, promotion or reward scheme described on pks1 is presented for educational and illustrative purposes only. pks1 does not itself offer, control, or guarantee any bonus offer. The availability, value and terms of any promotion are determined solely by the relevant third-party operator and may change without notice.

These explanations do not represent the specific terms of any particular operator's promotion.

Users are strongly advised to read the full promotional terms and conditions published by the relevant operator before claiming any bonus. pks1 accepts no liability for any bonus forfeiture, wagering shortfall or account restriction arising from a user's reliance on illustrative information provided by pks1.

11.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pks1 expressly disclaims all warranties, including:

• merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness or availability of any Content;
• uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pks1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from gambling activity on any third-party platform.

12.Privacy & Data

pks1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pks1 does not sell personal data to third parties for unsolicited marketing purposes. Users located in Pakistan and other jurisdictions retain rights in respect of their personal data to the extent provided by applicable law. 13.Responsible Gambling

pks1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We encourage all users to approach gambling solely as a form of entertainment and never as a means to generate income or recover financial losses.

Users are strongly encouraged to:

• set and adhere to deposit, loss and time limits where available through the operator;
• use cooling-off and self-exclusion tools if gambling is becoming problematic;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pks1 is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

pks1 makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so of their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions including those established under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. pks1 does not claim that its informational content renders gambling activity lawful in Pakistan. Any dispute between a User and a third-party operator is entirely a matter between that User and the operator concerned, and pks1 has no role in and accepts no liability for any such dispute.

15.Amendments to These Terms

pks1 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform.
