Who We Share With

How We Protect It

1.Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how pks1, operated under the domain pks1.cam ("pks1", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information about individuals ("Users", "you", "your") who access or use the pks1 platform.
We are committed to processing personal data in a fair, transparent and lawful manner. This Policy is written in plain English and is intended to be straightforward to read — including for our primary audience of Pakistani users who access the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and elsewhere.
By using pks1, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please discontinue use of the platform.
Note for Pakistani Users: Pakistan's data protection landscape is evolving. The Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB) and related instruments may apply to personal data processed in or about Pakistani citizens. pks1 strives to apply data protection principles consistent with internationally recognised standards. Nothing in this Policy constitutes legal advice about applicable Pakistani data protection law.
2.Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Personal Data" — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to name, email address, device identifiers and IP address.
- "Processing" — any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, erasure or destruction.
- "Data Controller" — the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. For this platform, pks1 is the Data Controller in respect of data collected through pks1.cam.
- "Data Processor" — a third party that processes Personal Data on behalf of and under the instruction of the Data Controller.
- "Cookies" — small data files stored on a User's device by the platform to enable functionality, analytics and session management.
- "Third-Party Operator" — any independent gambling platform, game provider or payment processor referenced informally on pks1 for educational purposes, which operates independently of pks1.
- "Sensitive Data" — categories of personal data requiring enhanced protection, including financial information, health information and government-issued identity document details.
3.Data Controller Identity
pks1, operating through the domain pks1.cam, acts as the Data Controller in respect of Personal Data collected through the platform. For any enquiries regarding the processing of your personal data, please use the contact details set out in Section 16 of this Policy.
pks1 does not act as a Data Controller in respect of any personal data collected by third-party operators or service providers linked to or referenced on the platform. Each third-party operator operates its own independent data controller structure and privacy framework, which is entirely separate from pks1.
4.Personal Data We Collect
pks1 collects the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with the platform:

Important: pks1 does not collect financial data, payment card details, bank account numbers or identity documents. Such sensitive data is relevant only to third-party operator platforms and is not processed by pks1 in any form.
5.Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis for the processing of Personal Data, pks1 relies on the following bases:
- Legitimate Interests: Processing technical and usage data to operate, maintain and improve the platform — where our interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights.
- Contractual Necessity: Processing contact and communication data where necessary to respond to a support request or enquiry you have submitted.
- Legal Obligation: Processing data where required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
- Consent: Processing non-essential cookies and analytics data where your consent has been obtained via cookie settings. You may withdraw this consent at any time through your browser settings.
6.How We Use Your Personal Data
pks1 processes Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Platform Operation: to deliver, maintain and secure the pks1 website and its content;
- Support & Communication: to respond to enquiries, feedback and support requests submitted by Users;
- Analytics & Improvement: to understand how Users interact with the platform so we can improve content quality, navigation and performance;
- Security: to detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraudulent behaviour or abuse of the platform;
- Legal Compliance: to fulfil any obligations imposed by applicable law, including responding to valid legal requests from competent authorities.
pks1 does not use Personal Data for:
- targeted advertising or sale of data to third-party marketers;
- automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
- profiling Users for the purposes of gambling behaviour analysis or betting suggestions;
- any purpose incompatible with those set out in this Section.
7.Data Sharing & Disclosure
pks1 does not sell, rent or trade Personal Data to any third party. We may share data in limited circumstances as follows:
- Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party processors — including hosting providers and analytics platforms — who process data on our behalf under contractual data processing agreements. These processors are permitted to use data only for the specified purpose and under our instruction.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose Personal Data where required to do so by applicable law, court order, government request or to protect the rights, safety or property of pks1, its users or third parties.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale affecting pks1, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Users will be notified of any such change in data controller in accordance with this Policy.
Mentions of payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — on the pks1 platform are purely contextual and educational. pks1 does not share User data with any of these providers, and these organisations are not data processors for pks1. Their mention does not imply any affiliation, data-sharing arrangement or endorsement of gambling.
8.Cookies & Tracking Technologies
pks1 uses cookies and similar technologies such as web beacons and local storage to support the operation and improvement of the platform. The following categories of cookies may be used:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function correctly. These cannot be disabled without impairing core functionality. They do not store personally identifiable information beyond session management.
- Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregated information about how Users interact with the platform — such as pages visited and time spent — to help us improve content and navigation. These are deployed subject to your consent where required.
- Preference Cookies: Used to remember your settings and preferences between visits, such as language or display choices.
You may manage or disable non-essential cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not impair your ability to read content on pks1, but it does limit our ability to improve the platform based on usage data.
Most modern browsers — including those widely used in Pakistan on Android and iOS devices — provide granular cookie controls. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions on managing cookie settings on your specific device.
9.Data Retention
pks1 retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with applicable legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, whichever is longer.
- Technical & Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
- Contact & Communication Data: Retained for up to 12 months from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required by law or for dispute resolution purposes.
- Cookie Data: Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire according to their set duration, which will not exceed 13 months.
Where data is no longer required, pks1 will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with applicable data disposal standards.
10.Data Security
pks1 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. These measures include, without limitation:
- encryption of data in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols;
- access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis;
- regular review of security practices and infrastructure;
- contractual security obligations imposed on third-party data processors.
Whilst pks1 takes reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and users interact with the platform at their own risk in this regard.
11.International Data Transfers
pks1 operates in an international environment and may use service providers whose infrastructure is located in jurisdictions other than Pakistan. As a result, Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries outside of Pakistan.
Where such transfers occur, pks1 takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with the requirements of applicable data protection law, including the use of contractual data processing agreements with international service providers.
By using pks1, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred internationally as described in this Section.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by pks1:
Right of Access
Request a copy of the Personal Data pks1 holds about you and information about how it is processed.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held about you.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
Right to Restriction
Request that pks1 restricts processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, for example whilst the accuracy of data is contested.
Right to Object
Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests where your particular situation warrants it.
Right to Portability
Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity and carried out by automated means, receive your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact pks1 using the details in Section 16. We will respond to valid requests within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a data rights request.
13.Minors & Age Restriction
The pks1 platform is strictly intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18 years of age — or under the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator or licence jurisdiction.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided Personal Data to pks1, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 16. Upon verification, we will take prompt steps to delete any such data from our systems.
14.Third-Party Platform References
The pks1 platform may contain contextual references to and educational descriptions of third-party platforms, including gambling operators and payment services. These references are provided for informational purposes only.
pks1 has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the privacy practices, data processing activities or security measures of any third-party platform. Each third-party operator is an independent controller of the data they collect from users of their own platform. Users should review the privacy policies of any third-party platform directly before registering or depositing funds.
Payment method references on pks1 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are purely contextual. These organisations are not affiliated with pks1 and do not process data on behalf of pks1.

pks1 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the head of this document will be revised accordingly.
We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your Personal Data. Your continued use of pks1 following the publication of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, please discontinue use of the platform.
